Do NOT turn items into the staff or security nearest you. Please turn in stray items you may find at the show directly to the Guest Services booth.
What should I do if I lost something?
Think you left something behind at the festival? Browse through our inventory online through Liff Happens to see if your item has been found. If you see your item, please submit a claim and wait for a response from our lost and found team. Our team may ask for more information to confirm ownership. We appreciate your patience as we review every claim.

So, you filled out a claim, what next?
If your claim is approved during festival hours, please pick up your item at the Lost & Found located next to the Accessibility Services Hub, located on Lake Rd between the Country Store and the festival entrance.
If the festival has already ended for the weekend, you can visit Lost and Found between 9:00am and 12:00pm on Monday, November 3rd to inquire about your item.
If you’re still missing an item, you can file a claim through Liff Happens. For items claimed after November 3rd, Liff Happens can arrange to ship your item back to you for a shipping fee.
Can I pre-register my phone in case it gets lost?
Yes, please follow the link HERE to pre-register your phone.
Lost and Found Hours:
Thursday: 1 PM – 2 AM
Friday: 1 PM – 3 AM
Saturday: 12:30 PM – 3 AM
Sunday: 11 AM – 12 AM
Monday: 9 AM – 12 PM
